About the Founder
Sarmistha Dash
FounderI am Sarmistha Dash, an educator, mentor, and lifelong learner who believes that education has the power to shape not only academic success but also confidence, curiosity, and character.
My professional journey began in the banking and financial services sector, where I spent over a decade working in leadership, client management, and analytical roles. While these experiences strengthened my problem-solving skills, discipline, and ability to work with people, I always found myself drawn towards teaching and mentoring. Over the years, education became more than a profession — it became my purpose.
The turning point came through a deeply personal experience as a parent. Like many families, I watched my son struggle to connect with what he was learning. It made me realize that children are naturally curious, but learning becomes meaningful only when they understand why they are learning something and how it relates to their everyday lives.
That realization changed the way I approached teaching. I began connecting classroom concepts with real-life experiences, encouraging curiosity instead of memorization and understanding instead of repetition. As learning became relevant, I saw confidence replace hesitation and enthusiasm replace fear. This experience shaped my philosophy as an educator and eventually inspired me to establish this learning centre.
Today, my mission is to create an environment where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to learn. I believe that education should nurture independent thinking, encourage questions, and equip students with skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

Co-founderI am Saswoti Dash, Co-Founder and a passionate educator dedicated to nurturing young minds and helping school students build confidence, curiosity, and a positive approach to learning. With professional expertise in teaching, I bring patience, dedication, and a student-friendly approach to education.
My teaching philosophy goes beyond textbooks and examinations. I firmly believe that every child possesses unique abilities, and education should offer the space to discover, develop, and express those talents. Through an approachable and caring attitude, I strive to create a comfortable environment where students feel safe and confident to learn.
I envision an educational environment where learning is joyful, creativity is encouraged, values are respected, and every student has the opportunity to realize their full potential. My goal is to foster a culture centered on education, creativity, values, confidence, and holistic development.
